Canva Instructional Design Scaffolding Financial Literacy

Overview

This project reduces anxiety and cognitive overload by guiding users step-by-step through the credit application journey.

The Challenge

For non-bank customers, applying for credit can be overwhelming due to complex requirements and unfamiliar processes. Without structured guidance, users are more likely to make errors or abandon the process altogether.

The Solution

I designed an 8-step visual job aid using Canva, structured to guide users from initial understanding to confident application. The solution uses digital scaffolding to break down complexity into manageable, actionable steps.
